Can I buy hardware without a software plan?
Hardware bundles always include a platform plan to ensure a working out-of-box experience. After the included period expires, you can continue on any paid plan or purchase hardware-only units for research purposes — contact sales.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship SO-100 and SO-101 bundles worldwide. Shipping and import duties are calculated at checkout. Lead time is typically 2–4 weeks.
Is the hardware open-source?
The SO-100 and SO-101 mechanical designs are derived from the open-source LeRobot project. BotManifold bundles add calibrated sensors, verified firmware, and platform integration on top of the open-source base.
Can I use my own robot with BotManifold?
Yes. The BotManifold Platform and SDK work with any ROS 2-compatible robot. Hardware bundles are the fastest path to a working setup, but you are not locked in.
